Do banks frown upon FHA LOAN offers on a foreclosed property?

Lenders will work with FHA loans if that's all they get in offers. However, they will byp a FHA offer if anything else comes up, uming that the remainder of the offer's criteria are similar. FHA loans are simply difficult and lengthy to process. Banks will take less difficult financing offers for that reason.
