What is wrong with me ?

Okay, so this may sound pretty gross but I'm going to ask anyways. I believe I have a problem with my it has been there for a while now and i kinda just ignore it but I'm concern. My left outer lip is way bigger then my right and its pretty gross it looks nasty and kinda wrinkly =/ and i think that maybe it might have something to do with when i was little i kinda fell on my bike's metal bar and it my it bled and stuff but that happened like 6 years ago. I also get a lot of discharge that comes out of it like almost every day. i don't think its a yeast infection because its not like cottage cheese and my doesn't hurt. Please help me.
