Does anyone have any tips for helping housebreak a 12 month old Bichon?

Bichons are notoriously hard to housebreak - many breed descriptions point this out. Keep up the crate training, be super consistent, watch her like a hawk when she's out and be patient. As for the leash training, enroll in obedience cl. I've trained tons of dogs too but I always go back to cl each time because I always learn something new and because each dog is a little different and needs a different approach.
