I don't understand. Why doesn't he make a move? Can someone please explain?

well he might just think your cute but not be interested in you as more then a friend. he seems like hes a flirt so he might not what to play with your feelings if he knows your a good friend. he respects you. but if you really want this guy some guys are clueless. when hes playing the piano try playing with him and grab his hand gently see if he pushes his hand back or not. or tell friends that are his friends that you like him that way they will let him know without you havin to say it to him face to face that way if hes interested he will make the move.
