Tata Indicom free call plan to one number ??/?

I am residing at HYderabad & my GF is at Pune. I came to know that there is some plan in TataIndicom , where both of us will have to take handset of 1400 bucks ( of tataindicom) & will have to pay monthly rental of Rs 300 each & with this much investment we can have unlimited talk without any extra penny ...Are anyone of you aware of it or using it ??????? If yes just let me know that all these details are correct or not ??? and help me in reducing my present mobile bill.
