The "dog" woman who was rebuked by Jesus - from the Calvinist POV, was she one of the elect or not?

The "dog" woman from Matthew 15:22-28; she is depicted as someone with a "low" nature, yet after she shows that she accepts Jesus' position on her, is still helped by him. What is the Calvinist POV about her? Was she one of God's elect or just someone who managed to wangle some divine help?
