Why He Felt The Need To Not Tell Me?

took my ex husband to court for increase in child support since he got increased in salary for the last 6yrs from 50K to 60K yr and for abandonment he hasn't seen our 13yr for 4yrs.. I highered a decent lawyer. I knew my Rx's wife was making a lot of money and he always made fun of me being waiters and 7th grade drop out. But I never knew what she did for living till last week on court. I just found out that she is a family lawyer and I lost the case and my child support decreased from 1k a mo to 650 a mo. Can I sue the court 'cause his wife can't be his lawyer since the is conflict of interst. BTW they been married 6yrs and I saw her only 3times his wife and no one told me what she did for living. She is only 28.
