Why hasn't Leonardo DiCaprio gotten an oscar? does he not deserve 1? isn't this an insult? lol wat do u think?

He's still got time, what's worse is that Richard Burton, Cary Grant and Peter O'Toole never recieved an Oscar (Burton was nomintaed 7 times!) and that's unbelievable...note the trend...amongst the best actors of their generations if not ever, and non-American.!
