What should i do?

My boyfriend is 25 and a high school dropout. He is a wonderful man, but never follows through with what he says he is going to do. He has been saying that he is going to get his GED for 2 yrs now and when he started going to cles he soon quit going. He started getting his CDL's but quit that also. Im 21 a junior in college with a degree already. I plan on becoming an OBGYN. I feel like he is at a point in his life that he will always be at and i am the only one moving on. He works full time, but i have to work 2 part time jobs to get us through. I also have a 7 month son. I am wore out, but still pursiung. Any advise would be great. What should i say that will make him get off his *ss to move forward?
