What is the deal with Yahoo tech support!? Are they hiding???

I'm reading dozens of postings re. Yahoo's support, email, phone #'s, etc. They control more web activity than anyone except for Gates. Don't they care??? Is ANYONE at Yahoo paying attention??? Inquiring minds want to know...(how to make their mail work)
