What do you say to your mom when she didn't get you anything?

I'm 16 got up early in the morning and was excited about giving my mom a hundred dollar gift card and her favorite perfume. I work too after school. Well I gave her her gifts and she looked at me and said ooooh i am so sorry I didnt get you anything this year. WHAT! not even a card or anything. My mother is very stingy with her money and I help with the bills so she has well over enough to have got me a sock or something. So she said she felt bad even though i give her a gift every year even on mothers day i gave her a bunch of stuff when she went to paris france. I bought her a camcorder and clothes and gave her money because i wanted her to have a good time. I called every other day at her hotel because she was traveling alone. I'm sick of this I don't make much money but i save. She then went out to buy me a scarf and a hat and a 5 dollar gift card on christmas day because she felt bad. I played the role of being extremely grateful that she got me something but i can't help feel like I was cheated out of getting her something. I dont regret it but it does kinda hurt that she didnt think about me at all. She then went out later to buy a printer for herself. the printer was over 100 dollars. what would you say or do in this situation?
