they should've already anticipated that there was a seizure risk, you always get that seizure warning on the label whenever you buy a video game. I'm surprised no one sued the news broadcasters for displaying the flashing segment on their broadcast as they were REPORTING IT TO POSSIBLY BE DANGEROUS. -_-' None of these situations seem very bright.
