the pump yes the rack no u can use quick couplers for couplers and a Belt pullly as a clutch as for the cyl on the cart try entering hydraulic cylinders into a search engine remember u need to provide a byp and power limiter on the belt drive IE belt clutch or byp valve to keep it from blowing a line or overloading the engine u can look up basic hydraulic circuits on the internet have fun and happy modding
